4. ORDER ACCEPTANCE AND CANCELLATION
Placing an order on lightinthespace.com constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. An order is confirmed only when you receive an Order Confirmation email from us.
We reserve the right to cancel an order at any time before dispatch for reasons including but not limited to:
- Product unavailability
- Errors in pricing or product description
- Inability to verify payment authorization
- Suspected fraudulent activity
If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.
Order cancellations requested by the customer must be submitted within 12 hours of placing the order and before the order has entered the handling stage. 5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We offer free standard shipping on all orders to the contiguous United States. All products are shipped from our facility in Shenzhen, Guangdong, China.
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Handling Time: 1–3 Business Days
- Transit Time: 7–15 Business Days
- Estimated Total Delivery Time: 8–18 Business Days
We ship exclusively to the contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, P.O. Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Transit times may be affected by customs clearance, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside our control. Light In The Space is not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers or customs authorities.

6. RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND REFUNDS
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on items that are unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
For defective or incorrect items, we provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to the customer.
For change-of-mind returns, return shipping to our warehouse in Shenzhen, China is at the customer's expense. Based on typical USPS First Class International rates, this cost is approximately $15–$30 USD.
We do not charge restocking fees.
Approved refunds are applied to the original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item.

Every item in our collection is produced in-house by our own craftspeople in Shenzhen, Guangdong, China. From the first cut of leather to the final hand-stitched detail, every stage of production takes place within our own facility. Only our metal hardware components such as clasps and locks are precision-sourced externally.
We ship exclusively to the contiguous United States and offer free standard shipping on every order. Estimated delivery time is 8–18 business days from our Shenzhen facility. Customer support is available Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM EST.
