2. Where to direct your question

Everything reaches the same team. Naming the topic in your subject line simply gets it to the right desk faster.

General inquiries

Questions about a piece, a specification, stock, sizing or an order in progress. Subject line: General inquiry. You will get an answer from someone who knows how the fixture was built — not a script.

Custom design and interior designers

Bespoke sizes, finishes, glass, socket counts, drop lengths, voltage and damp ratings; drawings for your documentation; finish matching across a scheme. Subject line: Custom project. Custom quotes involving a drawing take longer than a standard reply — we acknowledge your inquiry quickly and tell you when the drawing will be ready. There is no charge for the drawing.

After delivery, warranty and returns

Damage in transit, a missing part, a warranty claim or a return. Subject line: Order support. Include your order number, a photograph of the whole fixture in place and a close-up of the problem. Transit damage must be reported within 14 days of delivery; returns must be started within 30 days of delivery.

Trade, hospitality and bulk

Restaurants, hotels, lobbies, multi-unit developments and show homes. Subject line: Trade inquiry. Tell us the scope and we will come back on matched finish batches, drawings, damp ratings, minimums, trade terms and delivery to your program.

4. When we reply

Email is monitored every business day and is always the fastest way to reach us. Messages that arrive at the weekend or on a U.S. public holiday are answered on the next business day.

5. What to include in your message

Your order number, for anything about an existing order.
Room dimensions and ceiling height, so we can recommend the right scale.
The fixture name or link, and the finish you are considering.
A photo of the space — a phone snapshot is fine.
Your date, if you are working to a deadline. We will tell you honestly whether it is achievable.
For a damage or warranty claim: photographs of the packaging, the whole fixture in place, and a close-up of the problem.
