Wholesale pricing is quoted after we review your request. There is no published blanket discount or fixed wholesale minimum.

How do I get a wholesale discount?

Send the model names or product links and quantities. Dealer and project discounts are discussed after we review the order; a fixed percentage is not advertised.

Can I request samples, drawings or 3D visuals?

Yes. We can discuss small samples, finish boards, drawings, 3D visuals and videos. We confirm availability, scope, charges if any and timing before arranging them.

What is the production lead time?

We confirm the schedule for the selected models, quantities and customization after reviewing your request. Tell us your target date before placing an order.

Can you supply UL and other project documents?

Ask us for the exact model and configuration. We can discuss applicable UL documentation and other credentials needed for your project and confirm the available files before ordering.
