I love the product. It is beautiful in my home and was bought at a reasonable price. My issue comes with the installation. My request for installation went through five installers. The first four could not handle the job as the ladders were not tall enough. I would like to suggest that your operators document as much information as possible so that the contractors can pick the jobs more efficiently. When they pick a job and they cannot perform it. It cost more time on the customers and to reschedule and that is not good.

I love this lamp! It's stately, looks heavy and solid but it's actually quite light. Shade that comes with it is perhaps a tad short in height but it works just fine. It has good presence in a room!

Its smaller than I imagined, too small for my living room. Its more of a bedroom or hall fixture. Dont expect it to be adequate for reading or writing, more of something you would add a supplemental work light to. Really cute, have had compliments.
