Shipping policy

General Shipping Information

All orders are processed and shipped directly from China.

Average delivery time is 4–6 weeks depending on the destination and courier availability.

Handling time: 1–10 business days (customized items may take an additional 3–4 days).

We will notify you of any significant delays or changes in delivery dates.


United States & Canada

Free Standard Shipping for all orders.

Shipped via UPS (door-to-door service, no import duties required).

Estimated delivery time: 28–49 days from the date of order.

For faster delivery, Express Shipping is available at an additional cost (please contact support for a quote).


Other International Shipping

Free standard shipping is available for most countries.

If your country is not listed at checkout, please email support@lightinthespace.com for a shipping quote.

Customs, VAT, and import taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the buyer.


Shipping Exclusions

We currently do not ship to the following:

Afghanistan, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Georgia, India, Iraq, Jordan, Kuwait, Nepal, Oman, Sri Lanka, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Yemen

All African countries

All South American countries

Selected Pacific Islands & European regions (e.g., Albania, Bosnia, Montenegro, Serbia, etc.)

If you are in one of these regions but wish to purchase, please contact our support team for a custom shipping solution.


Delivery & Tracking

You will receive tracking details once your order has shipped.

If delivery fails due to incorrect address or refusal, re-delivery costs will be charged to the customer.

If an order is marked as “delivered” but cannot be located, please contact the courier and request a trace within 7 days.


Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

If a package is lost or damaged during shipping, we will send a replacement at no extra cost.

For stolen or misdelivered packages, re-shipment is available at customer’s expense.


Returns & Refunds

If your order cannot be delivered within 90 days, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund.

Refunds are processed only after the returned package is received at our warehouse.

Orders cannot be refunded while still in transit.
